Coach Jim is a USPTA certified coach with 20+ years experience. He is an accredited NET Generation tennis & Play Safe coach and is a certified Cardio Tennis instructor. He is a former College singles and doubles player from Chicago. Coach Jim is gifted in working with special needs kids, including through Aceing Autism. His passion & perspective is why our program has a big, loyal following and how he gets kids to perform their best while having fun.
Coach Alex has an amazing perspective on & off the court. She most recently was a member of the Marco Island racquet club, where she helped coach the kids program. She is a USTA member & a 4.0 league player. She played #2 singles & #1 doubles for Lely High School, won districts, went undefeated in doubles & was a state finalist.
Coach Colin has been playing tennis since the age of five. He is a former four year Varsity level player on the boys St. John Neumann High school tennis team. He served as Team captain in his senior year at SJN. He now plays #1 Singles and captains his college tennis team.
Colin enjoys coaching tennis and mentoring in youth programs. The kids especially love his fun personality and playful sense of humor.
Coach Paula is our health & wellness specialist here at PPT. She enjoys working with youth & adults to help them become the complete athlete by understanding that nutrition should be an important part of their game plan.
Paula has enjoyed playing doubles tennis in CCWTA leagues.
It's not hard to see her passion for teaching youth as she helps on the court & volunteers her time coaching the SJN tennis team.
At Positive Performance Tennis we believe in mentoring & training our future generations to be good leaders. Sara has been playing tennis since the age of 5. She currently plays #1 singles & doubles at St. John Neumann High School.
Sara loves working with the children in our program and has proven to be a great role model as she shares her passion for tennis with our youth players.
